Art Show Entry Form
- Artist to depict "Japanese Chin Powwow"
- Artists may enter any original two or three dimensional art piece reflecting the theme: Japanese Chin Powwow.
The artwork can incorporate a variety of images and media depicting show theme
- Entry forms due Wednesday, 5/4/05. Entry forms will be mailed to all members in March and will aslo be posted to
the club website. If you are unable to make arrangements for transportation of your exhibit to the specialty, you
may send it to the Biltmore Hotel no earlier than 5/11/05 and must be received no later than 5/18/05. Send to the
attention: Trish Swagerty, JCCA Show Chairperson.
- All artwork will be judged by the members attending the Spring 2005 National.
- All artwork is to be auctioned off following the Specialty Banquet. The proceeds of the auction are to go to the
JCCA.
- Awards given out are to be sent to winning artists.
- Artists MUST supply all items necessary to display their art piece. Display material remains the property of the
artist; however, if the artist has not made arrangements for pick up of display materials, said materials will become
the property of the JCCA.
